In 2019 we started our little initiative called “From testers to testers” – whenever possible, we like to give back to testing community and help to shape it. Whether it is a free ticket to testing conference Testing United that we organize or a discount for any of our Training courses, we strive to find the way to help testers develop their potential. Currently we are looking for a colleague who would help us with sales related activities.

We are based in Bratislava with a branch in Frankfurt and we’re still growing. Come and grow with us.

This position is contract based. You will receive commissions based on successfully closed deals.

What activities will you be responsible for?

  • Business development – identifying potential clients and their active acquisition
  • Providing day-to-day account management communication with clients, obtaining feedback, exploring needs and opportunities and ensuring all request are met to the client’s satisfaction
  • Participation on Sales strategy and execution of Sales plan in order to deliver sales targets
  • Monthly sales target tracking and fulfilment reporting
  • Preparation of detailed proposals and quotations
  • Handling sales and presales negotiation
  • Processing sales orders and contracts

Who are we looking for?

  • A person with min. 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Very highly motivated person interested to develop professionally in this position
  • A sales consultant with customer-and-values centred attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Professional who is well organized and able to prioritize, has well-developed sense of personal responsibility for delivering tasks
  • Somebody constantly aiming to deliver best product and service possible
  • Flexible person with an ability to adapt to changes in fast growing environment
  • Professional who is able to communicate with both IT and business stakeholders
  • A person with fluent communication skills in German and English language
  • Someone who is willing to travel to other European destinations
