Your mission:

• • Implementation and optimization of AI tools within our own and client systems, with the goal of improving efficiency and performance in Enterprise environments.
  • Improving AI model performance using Reinforcement Learning and other methods.
  • Solving problems using AI/ML systems and data analysis, with a focus on practical applications in real-world scenarios.
  • Optimizing the performance of systems based on SLM/LLM models, RAG, and MCP using Context Engineering, LoRA, KV cache distribution, and other techniques.
  • Managing and deploying on-premise systems using technical skills in DevOps, Linux, and networking, ensuring their stability and security.
  • Working with modern technologies such as MCP, RAG, LangGraph, Kubernetes, vLLM, model finetuning, and system prompt optimization.
  • Designing architecture with a focus on security, while implementing best practices in development and operations.
  • Supporting team collaboration and effective communication through facilitation skills to achieve common goals.
  • A typical day involves working on AI process innovations and close collaboration with the team to improve existing systems.

Technical Requirements:

Essential Skills (must-have)

• Programming: Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, FastAPI/Flask, Git, SQL, Docker.

• AI/ML Fundamentals: Model training & evaluation, working with LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, vector databases.

• Model Serving: Experience with tools like vLLM, Llama.cpp, or MLX.

• Infrastructure & DevOps: Linux administration, Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, monitoring & logging (Prometheus/Grafana), IaC (Terraform/Ansible).

• Enterprise Integration: REST API development, message queues (Redis/Kafka), database management (PostgreSQL/MongoDB), and enterprise security.

• Languages: English B2+.

Highly Desirable Skills

• Advanced AI/ML: Finetuning (LoRA), model optimization & quantization, multi-modal AI, MLOps tools (MLflow/W&B), MCP server.

• Performance & Scalability: GPU programming (CUDA), distributed computing (Ray/Dask), caching (KV cache).

• Security & Compliance: DevSecOps, knowledge of GDPR / EU AI ACT, identity management (LDAP/OAuth).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Frameworks: LangChain/LangGraph, Apache Airflow.

• Other Skills: Reinforcement Learning, Edge Computing, Data Engineering (Spark).

• Languages: German or Danish B2+.
