Your mission:

• • Develop and Execute Transformation Strategy: Create comprehensive change roadmap with defined milestones across four key phases: Readiness & Pilot, Gradual Adoption, Full Implementation, and Continuous Improvement
  • Assess and Prepare the Organization: Conduct maturity assessments of current Agile practices, AI readiness, and infrastructure capabilities
  • Champion Change and Secure Buy-In: Build executive commitment, manage cultural resistance, and communicate strategic importance of AI transformation
  • Enable Teams with Training and Resources: Ensure comprehensive training on AI tools, governance, and best practices while securing necessary budget allocation
  • Formalize Governance and Monitor Success: Establish standardized AI governance policies and implement metrics dashboards to track long-term business value

Technical Requirements:

Essential Skills (must-have)

• Change Leadership & Strategy: Proven experience in organizational change management (Kotter, ADKAR, etc.), strategic planning, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
• Business & Program Management: Strong business acumen (OKRs), program and risk management, budget management (ROI), and defining performance metrics.
• AI & Technology Foundation: Conceptual understanding of AI/ML/LLMs, SDLC, Agile/DevOps frameworks, and enterprise architecture.
• Consulting Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build trust and understand client’s business strategy.
• Languages: English C1.

Highly Desirable Skills

• Advanced Change Management: Certifications like MAIN Next, experience leading digital/agile transformations, and developing training programs.
• Technical Leadership: Knowledge of AI governance, data strategy, cloud/on-premise architecture, and vendor management.
• Organizational Development: Understanding of team dynamics, innovation management, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Certifications: PMP, SAFe, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.
• Other Skills: Data analytics, hands-on AI tool experience, industry-specific expertise (finance, healthcare), consulting background.
• Languages: German or Danish B2+.
