Your mission:

• • AI-Driven Test Automation: Leverage AI tools to generate, optimize, and maintain automated test scripts across web, mobile, and API testing.
  • Intelligent Test Analysis: Use AI for test result analysis, pattern recognition, and predictive quality insights
  • Enhanced Defect Detection: Apply AI techniques for early bug detection, root cause analysis, and quality risk assessment.
  • Test Data Management: Utilize AI for synthetic test data generation and intelligent test case prioritization.

Technical Requirements:

Essential Skills (must-have)

• Core QA: Manual testing, Test Automation (Robot Framework, Selenium, etc.), API Testing (Postman, etc.), Test Management (Jira, etc.), and defect lifecycle.
• Programming & Scripting: Python/Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, Git, and Shell scripting.
• AI Tools & Integration: Experience with AI Code Assistants (e.g., Copilot), Prompt Engineering, and AI-powered testing platforms (e.g., Testim).
• Modern QA Practices: CI/CD integration, Docker, Performance Testing (JMeter, etc.), Security Testing (OWASP), and Mobile Testing.
• Languages: English B2+.

Highly Desirable Skills

• Advanced AI/ML Applications: Using ML for QA, Computer Vision/NLP testing, and AI-driven test data generation.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Cloud testing (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Specialized Testing: Accessibility (WCAG), UX/AX, Embedded systems, and AI/ML model validation.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Test Architecture Design: Building scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
• Other Skills: DevOps practices, Data Engineering (ETL testing), QA/Agile certifications, and leadership/mentoring experience.
• Languages: German or Danish B2+.
